Why have you redacted the parking firm's name above - who is it, and what car park?

Have you told us yet which parking firm is involved here? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

UMKOMAAS You're hardly likely to become the next James Bond F F S! True --- but getting legal letters threatening this that and the other for the past 5 years wears you down and well makes me paranoid, so my actions may seem illogical to you guys but helps me sleep at night.

Hi guys
I had planned to forward my electronic bundle to the court as 2 pdf files, seems reasonable, however i have read that the courts prefer 1 file https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/GENERAL-GUIDANCE-ON-PDF-BUNDLES-f-1.pdf
Section 5 states "It is generally not helpful to have to open a significant number of PDF files during the course of a hearing in order to get at documents. In very many cases it will doubtless be possible to combine all documents in one bundle –statements of case, witness statements and other documents"
Just wondering if anyone who has had a recent case heard if they submitted 1 or more pdf,s
thanks

Most recent covid cases ask both parties to agree a common set of documents to be electronically sent in , check your paperwork , multiple pdf,s are par for the course1

, no problem at all, at present my defence is 5 pages 1 - 5 numbered 1 to 5, WS numbered 45 pages 1 - 45 all with exhibits referenced correctly and front pages with table of contents, just page 5 of defence then goes to page 1 of WS so when i am refering to these over the phone i will have to ensure i say "page 3 of WS/Defence so the old judge doesnt get confused.
No problem with merging it did you merge yours nosferatu1001 ???
