A month ago I said,
but sadly it is too late for you to include any comments we might have made had we seen your WS before you submitted it, unless you still have time to add a supplementary WS.Fruitcake said:Does the scammer's WS include a copy of the alleged landowner contract? If so, please post it here.
In fact, please post the whole WS.
It will still be worth you showing it to us though so you can make comments about it at your hearing.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

ELECTRONIC BUNDLE QUERY.
Is there a deadline for the claimant and defendant to submit their electronic bundle?
My bundle was submitted over 1 week ago, the telephone hearing is this week but i have not had a copy of the claimants EB

The deadline should be on the court order you both received , it's the same date for both sides
It's also something to be mentioned as a preliminary matter to the judge at the hearing1 -
And recheck who was supposed to submit the combined bundle .. it's usually the claimant but not always.
Have you sent a copy of your bundle to the court anyway as a backup? (It's not unknown for the claimant's solicitor to doctor the defendant's evidence to down-play the effectiveness of it ... e.g. print and then scan at a poor quality photos that the D had included).2 -
Almost certainly it was supposed to be a combined bundle, C and D in one doc
So you should have been sent this, so you can check that all the documetns YOU sent them are included, exactly as presented, and also that their WS hasnt been altered in the meantime, from the version they sent you before.2 -
No date on court order only "both parties to be provided with electronic bundle" so this could be interpreted as--- the court to be sent the bundle and then send a copy to the other side--- not my interpretationRedx said:The deadline should be on the court order you both received , it's the same date for both sides

It's not unknown for the claimant's solicitor to doctor the defendant's evidence to down-play the effectiveness of it my thoughts also, and have they added additional info to their original WS!!

and also that their WS hasnt been altered in the meantime, from the version they sent you before. --- That is my main fear as i may not have time to check the original, sent on 52 pages of a4 with the electronic versionnosferatu1001 said:Almost certainly it was supposed to be a combined bundle, C and D in one doc

You must check the first version! For crying out loud, thats why you have been sent a copy
You dont need to look at every detail surely? Given it is a template, and it will have been dissected previously?0 -
