I doubt that Nosferatu has or had a court claim , you don't need out to know what is required , just as solicitors don't always have to be defendants or committed a crime or offence or bought a house

Before you ask , me neither !!

Have one set of page numbers...
Are you required to file the defence as well? Usually there is no need to, as the court already has a copy as does the claimant.

Notice of Hearing instruction states "Each bundle should contain only documents essential to the hearing" Defence & WS are essential i would say, Court has both files already
So getting back to my original question has anyone sent in multiple files?

We don't keep a matrix of every nuance and minutiae of actions to answer any and every query. But even if there was a poster who had done so, your court might not find it acceptable. Have you asked your court directly?

If you want/have to send one pdf file, then why not number the first 5 pages D1-D5 (the defence pages), then WS1-WS45 (the Witness Statement pages).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That partial bit doesnt help, as it lacks context.
Is this a hearing in person? If so for sure the court has a copy of your defence. Its sent in the file by the CCBC when they allocate the claim to your local court.

Thanks for the link. Your case is one of hundreds, so I wasnt going back to look in case you had posted the order.

No probs i realise everyone on the forum is trying to help
Everything merged into 1 pdf file, according to the court i can submit my file up to 24 hrs beforehand, however i am sure i have seen something on the justice.co.uk where its either 7 or 14 days before. The claimant has copies of all docs so nothing to be gained from delaying the submission to just before the deadline, unless someone knows better!!!!
Will submit 2-3 weeks beforehand after claimant has paid the £25

A specific court order overrides general info. Follow the court order to the letter.
It doesnt appear there is anything to be gained from a delay. DId you start with the defence as page 1, and WS as pages 6 on wards? Its teh logical order .
