That's odd, I just tested my own advice by popping 'VCS Vine' in as keywords back on the forum page one, and clicking 'search'...and I got 33 pages of results (HUNDREDS OF POSTS) going back years, loads and loads of which cover everything we just can't repeat again now or we will explode!covid1956 said:
I really appreciate all your help, really sometimes it can be looking like a neadle in a haystack.Coupon-mad said:Why woud you Google Vine & Kumari, etc., when you are on the forum here and this has been done to death on previous threads? Just search THIS FORUM for VCS Kumari and VCS Vine. So easy.
There is wording that's been written before but we won't be searching for it! You can find loads...
Have found a PDF of Vine on google, have not found it on the forum. will continue to lookpcn is issued by a patrol officer, so should the claimants WS include a written statement from the patrol officer regarding what happened, weather conditions, training, years with company??PPCs don't have 'patrol officers'. Don't give the chancer who ticketed the car that level of respect.
But you can raise the lack of first hand witness evidence as an issue, and point out that you are the only true witness.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

PPCs don't have 'patrol officers'-- They do, 1 page of the Claimants WS has a photo of his/her "report" with a hand drawn sketch of car park stating "all signs in place - overcast" and its headed PATROL OFFICERS REPORT.Coupon-mad said:

They might call them 'Patrol Officer', but that gives them a degree of 'respectability'. Parking Weasel is a more apt description - from a forum point of view! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not unlawful, it should fly in the face of operating requirements - it was made clear to ATAs and PPCs (by DVLA?) some years ago. But as we all know there are many ways to skin a pig cat.covid1956 said:

They do not have staff worthy of being called a Patrol Officer. They make it up to make it look like a real PCN. Sounds like you are still believing too much of what they've put.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I prefer the term "parking weasel".You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

OK guys, whats the general opinion when submitting WS to the court and the Parking Weasels.
I was going to send both by email with the Parking Company cc,d on the email as you get an automatic reciept/reply from the court as confirmation, Yes/No
The reason i ask is the Claimants WS states on the bottom "all correspondence to the Litigation Dept" and then their address.
Advice please
thanks Covid0 -
There should be an address for service of documents on the original court claim form.1
