IIMU that, if this goes to court, the motorist has a huge advantage.
Surely judges must be familiar with the nature of these claims, and very familiar with the robo claim, added amounts, and fake witness statements they encounter daily.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Thanks guys have been told there is a letter that looks like its from the courts waiting at home, so will post its contents.
This is a very worrying time as 1 i want to make sure i get all the procedures right, dont want to lose because i missed a dealine or forgot to submit whatever and 2 i have had over 5 years of threatening letters so want it done and dusted
