    Well to be honest as a "first timer in court" it makes you feel that these companies can just please themselves and not pay attention to the rules. 
    I tend to agree that claimants seem to "get away with" a lot more than defendants do (just by reading the forum) but as said, how does it affect you?  The claimant(s) are likely to have ticked YES for mediation (hope you ticked NO) and they might have ticked for the case to "heard on papers" but providing you ticked NO, you should be OK.

    IIMU that, if this goes to court, the motorist has a huge advantage.

    Surely judges must be familiar with the nature of these claims, and very familiar with the robo claim, added amounts, and fake witness statements they encounter daily.   
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Thanks guys have been told there is a letter that looks like its from the courts waiting at home, so will post its contents.
    This is a very worrying time as 1 i want to make sure i get all the procedures right, dont want to lose because i missed a dealine or forgot to submit whatever and 2 i have had over 5 years of threatening letters so want it done and dusted

    So is the advice to send my WS near the deadline so the claimant will have less time to scrutinise it ?
    It is annoying to read the first sentence informing me the judge has recieved the DQ  cest la vie
