I do have a query
my deadline for submitting my WS is early JULY, The claimant has sent me their WS so would it be seen as "bad form" if i didnt submit mine till a few days before the deadline or should i submit it soon to show a willingness to "cooperate/get this over and done with"
I dont want to ruffle the judges feathers but at the same time the less time the claimant has to pick apart my WS the better!!! yes/no

If you follow the deadlines given to you by the court you can't go wrong. Revealing your hand early provides you with no benefits or advantages. What were you hoping for? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

"What were you hoping for?" Umkomaas What i didnt want to happen was the claimant putting in a late supplementary WS tearing my WS apart, this begs the question if the maximum number of pages you can submit is 50 and you do submit 50, then have you "used up your allowance" and so cannot submit anything else to the court?
Thanks

As i previously mentioned the claimant states they have not received a copy of my defence. Would the claimants MCOL account inform them that a defence had been submitted?

Why woud you Google Vine & Kumari, etc., when you are on the forum here and this has been done to death on previous threads? Just search THIS FORUM for VCS Kumari and VCS Vine. So easy.
There is wording that's been written before but we won't be searching for it! You can find loads...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Also Vine is hilarious. It supports the consumer that if the signs arent clear and visible, the consumer isnt bound by them!3

Have found a PDF of Vine on google, have not found it on the forum. will continue to loook
Its very long winded however The vine case seems to say (tell me if i am wrong) "The signs were clear but you need to prove that the defendant saw and UNDERSTOOD the sign" hopefully thats the way i interperate it.
OFF SUBJECT
A pcn is issued by a patrol officer, so should the claimants WS include a written statement from the patrol officer regarding what happened, weather conditions, training, years with company??
