How did you pay? Have you tried claiming through your bank?

I also got a full refund for a trip that was supposed to happen in May, and the £50 goodwill voucher, however the 'special' website that you have to use to claim your £50 voucher doesn't seem to work... I enter the 13 digit PIN, my details and email address, hit REGISTER and nothing happens.

Last minute have closed communication on social media. They are impossible to get hold of on the phone.
Have been given voucher for flights to be used by next September.  
We asked for cash refund and were very clear. 
Am concerned they are collapsing and will take our money with them.

Glad I got my money back in cash via a chargeback when I did - I will never deal with them again !!

Wow! Just had an email from Lastminute that I am receiving a full refund to my original payment.

Anyone knows how to claim refund for voucher? not able to contact them, Please suggest me a way
