Completely understand.  You could however, write a short email/letter to the parking company that you paid under duress, you are under a lot of stress at present with your business and have no time to get the judgement set aside.  The parking company has received monies from you it is not entitled to and you reserve the right to recover them at a later stage.  

In a year or so you might be up for the fight.

I fully understand, my son feels the same way.  However, I would spend an extra hour or so making a fully documented complaint to your MP.  He may then pass a copy to the Secretary of State for Justice, and it may get looked at at a high level. 

Mention lengthy delays on the 'phone and the other pressures the lock down has brought about.
