Judgement of claimant received, even though submitted claim form, what to do?

No, that's not the same as not replying to the N180 directions questionnaire.
They are saying you didn't defend. So did you email it to the CCBC in time?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Fact of the matter is I paid £20k for my parking space, they shouldn't be allowed to do this, but hey ho.KeithP said:Well without those dates it is difficult, if not impossible, to understand what has gone wrong.if you paid £20k for a parking space, why are you not suing whichever parking parasite firm issued the pcn or pcn,s ?if its your paid for space, they should not be ticketing your vehicle at allUKPC lost to Davey when he sued them and issued an injunction, google it ( UKPC DAVEY SUCCESS)ps:- your story is so garbled with no clear timeline its impossible to understand what went in and when , who got what and why its come to thisif a claim form was submitted ( online , email or post ?) and then the DQ was also submitted (email or post ?) then it should have been transferred to your local court or wherever it was decided to hold it0 -

Imo Mr Davey, who is a barrister let them off lightly. He could have gone after then under housing legislation. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Thanks everyone, sorry my timeline is a bit messed up.
I've just spoken to then courts this morning, so it wasn't a failure to submit a claim form but apparently a failure to submit the N180 form which I did submit via E-mail to the address I was told to submit it to and within the deadline.
The lady on the phone said I should have received a bounceback saying they had received the E-mail, which of course I didn't receive. So, she was less than helpful, I complained that the fact that they only determine successful E-mails as those received with a bounceback E-mail to the sender is ludicrous and should be clearly stated on their communication, if it were I would have waited 24 hours for this bounceback and chased up if I hadn't received it.
Funnily enough, I've just sent another E-mail as a FW of my original so they can see the timestamp and I've not received a bounceback again so clearly something is broken.
What to do now though, I have an impending CCJ and she told me to submit a form and pay £255 which again is crazy considering the charge is £268... this whole system just seems completely flawed.0 -
What was the e-mail address you used? Was it CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk1

Yes that was the E-mail I used.Le_Kirk said:What was the e-mail address you used? Was it CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk0 -
Insist that, as it was correctly served - and you can prove it - that they fix THEIR error. Get it I. Front of a judge and a set aside granted.1

Have you checked your email spam folder for the automatic response?1
-
Yes, checked spam, deleted folders, promotions/social, basically everything.KeithP said:Have you checked your email spam folder for the automatic response?
I haven't received any receipt today either, after sending the E-mail this morning.0 -
I would send the DQ again from another email address. Maybe set up a throwaway gmail address for the purpose. See if you then get the auto response.
If you get no auto response, phone the CCBC again to find out whether they received it or not.
Seems rather strange that twice now, several weeks apart, you have not received the auto response. At the moment I suspect your email setup, but I'm not an IT technical expert.1
