Hi, we had two valuations as some work needed doing after the first one.

We were told that Connells would call us but if we hadn't heard within 24 hours to call them which we did but took a couple of days and phone calls to arrange. 
Yes as far as I'm aware they will instruct a valuation as soon as you've paid. 

We're now at final underwriter stage, everytime my phone makes a noise I think it's news lol

Our final valuation was last Wednesday and we got told yesterday that it had been reviewed and we've now moved to the final underwrite. 
They said we'd hear more (hopefully an offer) in the next 24-72 hours. 
They haven't asked for any further information as of yet.

That's good news that you've got your valuation booked!! 
Yes it is exciting but also nerve wracking! I keep thinking "what if something goes wrong" and things like that lol 
The worst part is everything time I get an email I think it's from my mortgage advisor! Lol

It's the little touches I like with Bluestone, they've sent letters out to customers talking about cost of living, budgeting, where to go for help and saying to contact them if struggling to pay the mortgage as there's options available.
