@jamiebuyer My MA has submitted everything - we had to submit more statements, my MA is saying this needs to be with the UW now but I’m just waiting it out. 

I see bluestone are underwriting in 36 hours now so I hope to hear this week

How long after you move in do you pay your first mortgage payment with bluestone does anyone no ? Thanks

We complete 2moro and bluestone on the pre-completion said it’s likely to be July the 1st now 🤷🏼‍♀️

Is anyone able to give me their experiences of the underwriting process ? Was it quick, did you need to supply any further documentation?

@jamiebuyer is that for your first mortgage payment ?

@firsttimebuyers07 we had a mortgage packer which did most of the work, so when it was ready and submitted to bluestone it took about a week to value and then final underwrite took a week before offer. We complete on the 30th

We completed on 6th May. First payment is June 1st.
