Minimum 15%, it's all on their website including the deposits for H2B. As the adverse broker said on your thread, it's all down to what your financial blips are.

    Hi,
We are almost at completion - as some previous posters have said, Bluestone have asked for their interest to be shown on the house insurance.

I have asked the insurer if they can add a specific clause but they have said they can’t. I did add Bluestone in the original application and they are shown as the mortgage lender in the schedule. Does anyone know if being shown on the schedule is sufficient?

Otherwise it looks like I’ll have to find a new insurer.

    Thanks

@Oh_bother it's not a specific clause, you just ask your insurer to note Bluestone's interest as they're the mortgage lender. It's all standard stuff to someone who has done the job for a few weeks.

I've done it with D.Line, called them to make sure for exchange, it carried forward on renewal, and AXA was done via a comparison site this time.

  • Hello, can we pay solicitors fees using a credit card? Just wondered :)

@lhollingworth89 it depends on whether the firm accepts credit cards, however as this is a sub-prime lender the last thing you want to do is increase your credit. Your broker should have advised you not to take on additional credit, or change existing credit, due to the risk of having your offer withdrawn or reassessed.

Thanks @MovingForwards - I have them named and have given a copy of the schedule showing that to my conveyancer. Hopefully that will be fine. It was a good deal so I’d like to keep it. We have already exchanged as it is a new build.

We are so close I don’t want anything to go wrong.

Do bluestones offer x4-x4.5 salary or less?
  • Last question lol..
we’ve had our completion statement from our solicitors but it doesn’t include any fees from bluestones side.. in the illustration the lender did include around 1k in fees into the total lending figure but I thought there was some extra fees .. or are those fees listed included in that illustration? Or do these arrive at my door seperately? Thanks :)
