I completed without any issues. I just needed to send up to date payslips to prove still in employment and redemption statements for debt that was to be paid on completion, other than that the funds were released really quickly once they had everything :-)Fudgecake3 said:Has anyone completed successfully without any problems? Did Bs ask for anything prior to completion? Do I need to contact them? Due to complete next week. Thanks!
hi Kerry, we’ve not had anything in our offer about Debt redemption? Is that a normal thing?

We complete tomorrow (funds have already been released to our solicitor) we had a call earlier in the week to confirm everything and that was it. Our offer runs out next week so it’s 6 months since it was issued and they haven’t asked for anything since.0

It's been a while since I've posted on here... tomorrow is finally completion day!!! Hang on in there if your early on in the process... the stress will pay off 😁0

We had outstanding debts that needed to be paid on completion, which was a special condition on our mortgage offer. If nothing regarding debts is on your offer then this wouldn’t apply to you :-) hope your completion goes smoothly - I found bluestone completion process went quite well so fingers crossed you experience the samelhollingworth89 said:

I got mine within two days.. but I think you need to remember we’ve just had a bank holiday and it’s prime holiday season so may take a little longer.. hope you get it soon0
-
Thank you! I understand its been bank holiday etc and appreciate that things wont move as quickly, its just disheartening when you get dates from the mortgage broker but then receive no updates. I think it was more a query to see if it is Bluestone that haven't yet updated or my broker!0
-
Have you chased your broker? They should be chasing bluestone really
0 -
Yes, chased them Thurs, Fri and emailed again this morning - I just get the generic "I will update you when I hear anything"! I know I am being impatient but it feels like I am so close to the finish line and just want to know either way now! Its been a long slog getting to this point.0

They might be waiting for them to finish their final checks aswell. Ours is a right to buy so I think generally easier. Hope you hear soon0
