HopefulFTB1 said:Does anyone know on Bluestones website where it says 'Assessing fully packaged cases on 14th june' is that the day it was all submitted by the broker or the day it went to underwriting?
when the website said they were processing 3/6 this was when we had requests from underwriter for more documents so for our case they went by the date that they were happy with the application rather than the date it was with underwriter.1 -
I think I'm done, I'm due pulling the plug now. Got a list of stuff they want - asking who my daughter is as she's on the electoral register - they have my child benefit award letter infront of them (its 16 to vote in Scotland and she's still in full time education). I need my home report updated or a valuation done by them when I have already paid £450 for a home report in February. My husband has to fill in a self employment declaration. They are asking for his manufacturing account- no idea what this is. He said itl then be another 13 working days for an update. I just can't mentally do it anymore. My dad needs to pay his lender now anyway so leaning towards just holding off till next year now. So stressed with it all.0

Il sort a valuation and get my husbands declaration filled in by him then shouldn't be too bad. Just another long wait. Hope some of you have had better news.0 -

I received this today as my update but I'm confused as we were told it was with the underwriters? And why 'we are pleased to confirm??
We are pleased to confirm that your customer(s) application has been passed to the underwriting team for assessment.
Unfortunately the SLA's are not great at the moment with Bluestone and are working on 13 working days. Hopefully this will reduce and I will let you know when I receive an update.
