The special condition listed on the mortgage offer. Mine was about giftors getting legal advice regarding gifting, Having insurance in place, stuff the solicitors have to do really x

Oh gosh, this sounds so stressful. Hope you get an offer soon. Hopefully baby will stay put for a few more weeks 🤞

I've just looked on my credit file and they carried out another soft search on our files today. We had hard search 29th April. Is this normal to have another search? We are at final underwriting stage.... my nerves are shot 😒

I wouldn’t stress it’s probably just to check you haven’t taken anything else out credit wise recently. I would say it’s a good sign u may get offer next  week

Did you have a soft search after your hard search?

Hey, have you had your valuation passed? If so when was this?

Only issue is I phoned the developer and its booked in for the 7th June ☹

Because apparently the valuation company are extremely busy and that's the earliest they can do are full application only went in on Monday 2 questions and a hard search on Tuesday then underwriters have now instructed valuation I'm going to call the developer on Monday see if he can get it speeded up a bit

That’s quite speedy mind being it only went in on Monday. Outs took 5-6 weeks
