No we are with an independent broker. I’m nervous paying it as keep thinking when they start reviewing they’ll just decline 🤨0

So would you risk it then in hope of approval, it’s the worst process going through this 😂0

Spoke to Bluestone on the phone earlier. Its like talking to Mi5, they won't disclose anything other than we are at final stages of underwriting and that we need to talk to Brightstar, I got the impression that they needed more info.
My MA can't get a response any quicker than 48 hours from Brightstar. Has anyone spoke directly with Brightstar?
Literally loosing the will now, application 4th March0 -

Well we got the update that the people we are buying the house from (who are buying a new build) their builders won't extend. We are a week away from offer and they won't. Im gutted. The solicitors and sellers have advised though to continue w the mortgage app and if we get it through next week, and we have something concrete to show them, then they can pick up where it was left, rather than the builders having to go through the whole process with someone else. So not completely out the game but absolutely gutted. 38 weeks pregnant and we may not have anywhere to live is scaring me to death.1
