I wouldn’t stress it’s probably just to check you haven’t taken anything else out credit wise recently. I would say it’s a good sign u may get offer next  week 

Do you think? Our credit files are gleaming, we have only had to use Bluestone as I'm still in a debt management plan from 7 years ago which has dropped off my file now.
Did you have a soft search after your hard search? 

We had 2 soft and one hard. Honest it’s a good sign 🤞🏻😍

Because apparently the valuation company are extremely busy and that's the earliest they can do are full application only went in on Monday 2 questions and a hard search on Tuesday then underwriters have now instructed valuation I'm going to call the developer on Monday see if he can get it speeded up a bit 

That’s quite speedy mind being it only went in on Monday. Outs took 5-6 weeks 

Yes very speedy are MA is brilliant and have a good relationship with bluestone they was very precise with what he wanted before he submitted the application even know we have adverse credit its only defaults and ccjs and nothing is recent so should be straightforward hopefully anyway I've noticed on here if it goes to valuation 1 way or another it gets offered so fingers crossed its going to be a long 3 weeks if I can't get it moved forward

Hey, have you had your valuation passed? If so when was this? 

Hi, yes we had it done last Friday but only because I had pushed it. Trying to keep our sellers happy. Bluestone are happy with valuation x

much the same as our buyer, still waiting for formal offer so we can conclude the deal with them.

It’s not us it’s our buyer so I’m unsure but I know app went in around 29 March and Valuation was passed on Wednesday so just waiting on the written offer to conclude the deal. Was told that no more documents were needed so unsure what the hold up is now?

I think its just a long, slow process. I'm guessing they don't have the staffing that a high street bank have 🤷‍♀️ hopefully your buyer will have an answer soon. I'm not your buyer am I? 🤣

Where do you see if hard searches have been done on your credit file? 

I was told on Monday from my MA that Bluestone have instructed the valuation but she didn’t know when it was being done and not had an update since 🙄 I hate all the waiting around!

On your Experian credit report. You need to subscribe to the full report which is £14.99 a month. It’s under searches
