Thanks all. We might ask to just provide the rental payment proof as our house will be a new build and won't be ready for a while yet. We've been told by our MA that Bluestone are working on a 14 working day turnaround just to review the documents so this a definitely going to be a lengthy process isn't it!

Yes we’re only asked to prove the rent payments.

Shocking is it! They know more about me than I do 😂. How many times has it come back?
  • Surely a more efficient way is to concentrate on cases then move to next one . They get the answers back very quickly so why the ridiculous waits?

This was exactly what I said. Work on one case get it signed off then move on to the next. 🤷🏼‍♀️
  • I have never understood why they don't get it to sign off point and when the info is updated just press go, seems so inefficient I have never seen anything like it.
