Yeah from the underwriters... we had our valuation done right at the start, Bluestone instructed earl to speed up the process so we dont need to wait for that! 

Just have to see what they say... I think they will ask for more docs...

I'm guessing upto date bank statements & payslips and landlords reference! The back in the queue. :-(

My developer wants to complete next Friday!!!! 

We were held up for months due to HTB with the developer so the delay isnt our fault

wants and gets aren’t necessarily the same thing?

I want to complete by May28th...but getting it done seems unlikely!

I am just hoping our Broker passed this on to them, we were so delayed! They said initially we could submit full application on new HTB in December! Didnt come through until March so we had 6 weeks to turn everything round!!!!!!

You are really lucky not having to mess around with HTB... hows your application going with the ID of your MIL??

I did go and look at the house and i cant see it being ready for next friday if im being honest!

Still waiting to hear. They came back with a no as soon as my broker said about the photo bus pass and they were the informed of the cheque etc and I’m assuming it wasn’t a instant no as all extra docs have been submitted. So fingered crossed. Let us know how u get on later
