Hoping it isn't now in another long queue. Has anyone had a quick valuation instruction at this stage? I am trying to remain optimistic, i should be a relatively easy case. 15% deposit from sale of house not self employed
I instructed my valuation on the 9th April but bluestone have not been able to arrange it with the vendor so I am still waiting so if your vendor is on the ball then it should happen within the week1 -

Did you all need to go down to your landlord's address to have them complete the reference? We've been told that its needs to be filled out by them and a 'wet' signature.
Its going to be awkward as well, seeing as we've not told them that we're looking to buy and effectively leave the tenancy.0 -

I have a feeling they will be asking for it regardless though...0 -
