We’re being because our packager didn’t upload all of our documents even though we sent them numerous times. I’m SO angry.
Thank you. I’m hoping as we’ve done valuation and they had that on 1st March they just do one big underwrite. I guess it’ll be any questions on affordability we will need to answer as my Nanna has given me some money (not to do with the house) that we will have to answer I assume!
good luck with yours tooDid you just answer yours over email? I’ve got two instances where a family member has sent me money (bless them they’re old and they’re gifting their money away but under the inheritance tax threshold) so I know they will question it but I just want to get them an answer quickly!
My hard search showed up today! It was done 15/03. Ahh thats good news.. im hoping for some news back this week, hoping to get the valuation booked in
Let me know when your val gets booked in!1 -

Just stick with MSE credit club, it's free each month and is what I used.
Micromanaging won't help your stress levels, save that for the conveyancing. Have faith in your broker they wouldn't have placed you with Bluestone if they didn't think you would get the mortgage.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Can't believe I'm saying this but we've finally completed it! All the stress was worth it. Good luck to you all going through the process, hang on in there.7

@Hopeful89 I don’t think you are wasting £15, I use checkmyfile and it’s been great for myself and boyfriend we’ve been able to see exactly what every credit company has on file for us. You aren’t exactly paying it forever it’s just now until you get sorted with mortgage etc. I’m defo with you on it making you feel better! Everyone is certainly different for sure 👏🏼1

Hi all,
We are due to complete on friday this week (19th), we had to submit our payslips dated within 30 days of completion which we have done, but they've come back to say that the underwriter needs to review them. We were both struck down with covid a few weeks ago, and my partner had to go on SSP due to not being able to work from home - this is the only reason I can think of why it's been referred back to the underwriters. Has anyone had this? I'd hate for everything to fall through so close to completion! Especially considering he had no choice but to stay home - surely they don't expect him to go to work whilst actively having the virus?
Any help would be great I'm really panicking now!!

@Sortingmylifeout7 I used to wonder why it took ages to update but you get a new credit report every month (round about when the money comes out your bank £14.99) and then when you next log into the site it’ll ask you to click update and generate a new report.1
