Thank you! I was expecting it to update on a regular basis but it makes sense now!1

An underwriter reviewed ours every time we submitted something new. Fingers crossed they'll be fine with it. Have you had your pre-completion call with Bluestone yet? They ask about things like this in that call.hollsween said:Hi all,
We are due to complete on friday this week (19th), we had to submit our payslips dated within 30 days of completion which we have done, but they've come back to say that the underwriter needs to review them. We were both struck down with covid a few weeks ago, and my partner had to go on SSP due to not being able to work from home - this is the only reason I can think of why it's been referred back to the underwriters. Has anyone had this? I'd hate for everything to fall through so close to completion! Especially considering he had no choice but to stay home - surely they don't expect him to go to work whilst actively having the virus?
Any help would be great I'm really panicking now!!

Have your funds been released yet? Can take 5 days, thankfully they did ours in 24 hours otherwise we wouldn't have completed on time.1 -

Yeah we had our pre-completion call but they never mentioned it and we had submitted our payslips before this in any event.. They are supposed to be releasing the funds tomorrow so we will know either way today but I'm really worried. My partner gets paid weekly and it was only two weeks pay that were effected. We're all back to normal now so fingers crossed we're okay!springmagpie said:

GAH I am never buying a house again!! x0 -
MB just said if we don't hear anything by tonight he will chase tomorrow morning. Surely if valuation has been done and is OK the last step is final underwrite then offer so close🤞🤞Firsttimebuyer_04 said:@Samfaye01 I feel like we are so close to the finish line! Hi, yes had my valuation completed on the 11th and no update as of yet. My MA chased yesterday and confirmed it's still in the queue to be looked at.Firsttimebuyer_04 said:Anyone else done valuation yet and no word of news?
