Hey guys. For people who have been through it, do you know if the valuation is booked have I been through Bluestones underwriters even if they’re still requesting a few docs such as bank statements? Also turnaround time from valuation to offer generally? I’m trying not to let myself get excited... but I am haha

@Hopeful89 my broker only took the payment details when bluestone were ready to instruct the valuer.

Hello, I am new to this chat. 
I received a DIP at the beginning of February. I then completed all forms my MA asked me too & paid for the Valuation straight away. My MA is going through Brightstar. My application only went to Bluestone last week, I was confused as I have been sending relevant information through straight way when my MA has asked for it. When I have read up on here it seems as though Brightstar collect all information THEN submit. I am just wondering does anyone know the time line with going through Brightstar? I'm just hoping I get the offer, I will keep sending my wage slips and statements weekly (as I get paid weekly). I know I will have to be patient but it seems so hard haha!

My DIP was accepted 28/01.
Full application went in 8/2 to brightstar. 
This is my 4th week waiting for bluestone to review docs - been told by MA we will have an update by end of play tomorrow.

I'm at my wits end with Bluestone again. Our offer had the special condition that we pay off our debts. I can't get up to date statements because the accounts were paid off in Oct. the companies won't send emails, Bluestone won't accept screen shots, or bank statements or credit file to evidence these are all paid!! We are going round in circles and the sellers are threatening to pull out. 
They are now saying evidence they previously said was fine is now not fine. The crazy thing is these outstanding accounts totalled about £800 in total. I can't see any light at the end of the tunnel

I’ve been told today that my docs have passed Initial assessment and it’s gone to the underwriter... i sent these on the 17/2/21 so awaiting feedback from underwriter now

Been at final underwrite since the 27th Jan nearly 5 weeks 😳 hoping when we ammend the ATP that's everything. Losing all hope of ever getting an offer 😔 house is ready to be moved into on the 19th 😥

Ahhh thank you for this. I understand I need to be abit more patient. My full application only went in last week as the packager was getting all my documents from my MA. Good luck for tomorrow, my fingers are crossed for you. Such a nervous time x

not sure how long it will be now! Not had a hard search done on my account yet
