Bluestone Mortgages

Hello,
First time posting on this thread.
Mine & my partners full application went into Bluestones on 08/01/21. We are purchasing on H2B and just caught the old H2B scheme before it changed. We are using Simply as the broker who have been brilliant up to now. We got our DIP on 23/12/20. We then went through pre underwriting with Simply which took a couple of days including the Xmas break and is now at full application. They've already completed the valuation which was done yesterday, we are just awaiting the full report to be uploaded now. Is this the usual process? As reading some of the posts the valuation is usually done after the first stage of underwriting?
Many thanks

My full application went in on 08/01/21 through Simply as well - I got my DIP on the 29th of December. I haven't heard anything yet but was told it would probably be 7-14 days before I hear anything. That's great you've had your valuation done so quickly!LWall122 said:Hello,

If its been a month or 2 since putting your application in i would get these ready and send them to your MA as from reading some post it looks like its happens often. Good luck xxSnow_Man84 said:
We have been told today tha everything else is fine. Just the valuation to do. Hopefully they won’t ask for more statements and payslips as they have done with yourself! Best of luck and hope you get the good news soon.Peds05 said:Hi all, so we have jumped through hoops for bluestone and I am just happy to be considered. We had our valuation wensday and today they have asked for more bank statements and payslips due to the time frame it has taken to get to this stage which we submitted today. Does anyone know how long the turn around is for the documents to be reviewed and offer to be made. Or are they likely to ask for more. Thank you in advance
Have you had any offer through yet? Bluestone required an additional 3 Month Statements, which were submitted yesterday. Just trying to get an idea of how long the final part takes0 -
Hi not yet we are still waiting hoping to hear something today. Its been delayed as they did a final credit credit and showed a missed payment which was incorrect so I had to get evidence of that which I have and now waiting again . Good luckSnow_Man84 said:

Called them up, they noted bluestone as an interested party, emailed me all the key bits, I forwarded that to my solicitor and the solicitor forwarded it to bluestone.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
