Bluestone Mortgages

Hello,
First time posting on this thread.
Mine & my partners full application went into Bluestones on 08/01/21. We are purchasing on H2B and just caught the old H2B scheme before it changed. We are using Simply as the broker who have been brilliant up to now. We got our DIP on 23/12/20. We then went through pre underwriting with Simply which took a couple of days including the Xmas break and is now at full application. They've already completed the valuation which was done yesterday, we are just awaiting the full report to be uploaded now. Is this the usual process? As reading some of the posts the valuation is usually done after the first stage of underwriting?
Many thanks

We had our valuation wensday and today they have asked for more bank statements and payslips due to the time frame it has taken to get to this stage which we submitted today. Does anyone know how long the turn around is for the documents to be reviewed and offer to be made. Or are they likely to ask for more. Thank you in advance
Have you had any offer through yet? Bluestone required an additional 3 Month Statements, which were submitted yesterday. Just trying to get an idea of how long the final part takes0 -

Bluestone asked for my ID again even though Simply had it. Hoping for some good news next week.

Called them up, they noted bluestone as an interested party, emailed me all the key bits, I forwarded that to my solicitor and the solicitor forwarded it to bluestone.
