    Do you have a flashing red led on any of the batteries ?

    Just checked and there are no red lights.
    I'll wait until later today and turn it all off for half an hour to see if it re-sets.

    If there are no red led's on the batteries and they're charging/discharging as normal, it doesn't sound like you have any problem.

    No red lights, and the green ones are all in sync so I agree with you but I'll re-set and see if it clears.

    If you scroll down the 'power information window' in the middle using the scrollbar on the right, you'll see your 4th battery. 
    The first 3 are all perfectly balanced at 6% each.

    I turned it all off while I had my dinner and when I turned it on again the fault code had cleared  so all is well.

    My next adventure involves deciding whether to get an EV or not.
    I'm 6'4" and because of health problems I need a lot of headroom/legroom - any recommendations anyone?

    I'm 6' and find the wee Renault Zoe has plenty room.
    I haven't driven any other EVs yet but there's an ever growing choice now.

    Is there a way to remotely reboot the inverter? Mine has decided to stop using the battery to supply the house load for some reason even though it's still on 14% and I don't fancy crawling around in the loft tonight...

    Don't think so, the app has a standby option in local connect mode but no way to reboot.
    The reason you still see 14% is probably due to the batteries being a bit out of balance after discharging.
    Ours have stopped discharging and the Lux shows 11% left while 2 of the batteries are at 12% and one is at 8%.
