Has it at least decided on green or blue for solar?
It really irks me that one graph has green for solar and blue for batteries, and the other graph is the other way roundWest central Scotland

So my tablet has updated to the new version (2.2.2) without me knowing.
The only settings now showing when you login while connected to a router are indeed grid and charge.
But if you use the app in local connect mode, all settings are still there including a couple of new ones for ct sampling.
I've just tried changing ct sampling as I find my pv stats on the Lux are about 5% out compared to our generation meter so we'll see if the sampling settings make any difference.Scott in Fife, 2.9kwp pv SSW facing, 2.7kw Fronius inverter installed Jan 2012 - 14.3kwh Seplos Mason battery storage with Lux ac controller - Renault Zoe 40kwh, Corsa-e 50kwh, Zappi EV charger and Octopus Go2 -

I wish they would add "Grid import" to the overview chart bottom of page

With ct sampling set to 1/3000 my Lux pv reading is now 10% out.
Back to 1/1000 then. 🙄Scott in Fife, 2.9kwp pv SSW facing, 2.7kw Fronius inverter installed Jan 2012 - 14.3kwh Seplos Mason battery storage with Lux ac controller - Renault Zoe 40kwh, Corsa-e 50kwh, Zappi EV charger and Octopus Go2 -
I've got a problem with the inverter and Aoboet batteries. I'm away from home for a few days and the inverter is reporting a battery fault.
My neighbour has gone into the house and found the top battery with a red light. They have reset the battery and the red light has gone out and there is just the green light. The inverter is still reporting a battery fault.
I'd like to reset the inverter but the latest version of the app has no reset option. Does anyone know how to reset the inverter remotely? I have emailed Jake, but as has been the case with my last 3 emails I have had no reply.

I think your best bet would be to switch off all the batteries then switch them back on again starting with the master.
For a complete reboot of the Lux, you'd need to also switch off the grid power to the Lux at the CU then switch back on but I'd try just turning the batteries off and on first.
I don't think it's possible to reset remotely, certainly not now they removed the majority of the settings that were on the web portal previously.Scott in Fife, 2.9kwp pv SSW facing, 2.7kw Fronius inverter installed Jan 2012 - 14.3kwh Seplos Mason battery storage with Lux ac controller - Renault Zoe 40kwh, Corsa-e 50kwh, Zappi EV charger and Octopus Go1 -

I still have the old app on one phone and have tried the standby option but as you suspected it didn't make any difference.
I don't know what the problems are with Jake; he was so helpful in the early days when the system was being installed and setup. I hope it doesn't point to problems in the future when it comes to warranty work, repairs and spares.Solar PV System 1: 2.96kWp South+8 degrees. Roof 38 degrees. 'Normal' system

Seem to be getting radio silence from Luxpower too these days. A couple of us have emailed them about the missing settings but no reply.Scott in Fife, 2.9kwp pv SSW facing, 2.7kw Fronius inverter installed Jan 2012 - 14.3kwh Seplos Mason battery storage with Lux ac controller - Renault Zoe 40kwh, Corsa-e 50kwh, Zappi EV charger and Octopus Go0
