I tried a few things and none worked, but then it just went right - all by itself.

I get the Network Has Problems warning frequently. I just close all apps and open the Lux app again to fix it.

I was rubbing my hands with glee when I saw that Octopus are giving electricity away from 11am until 3.30pm today - until I tried to set my system to charge the EV, and the 14.4kWh house battery and get paid for doing it. "Sod's Law!" was what I was thinking - and then it all went right again and I'm sitting here feeling smug now. :-)0

I'm getting a really strange situation on the Luxpower website (https://eu.luxpowertek.com/WManage/web/monitor/inverter ).
The 'monitor' page is showing no data at all although my solar power inverter was showing that we were generating 1700W and the 'Bright' app shows that we were only exporting 160W. I've got nothing else to show household consumption independently though I really wouldn't expect it to be more than 500W so we're probably putting around 1 kW into the batteries. Green light on Lux unit is ON. 'Overview' page seems normalBizarrely, the Luxpower app on my phone seems to be working normally and confirming that household consumption is indeed around 500W and that solar generation has increased to 3800W since I checked it a couple of sentences ago (solar inverter confirms) with >3kW going into battery.
Even stranger ! I've just logged out of webpage and immediately logged in again and monitor page is back to normal.NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -
Hi, is anyone else having a problem with the recent changes to the Octopus Charge page?
Fro the last 10 months or so since switching to Agile, I’ve had it set up to take the two cheapest afternoon slots between 12:00 and 16:00. (Often not taken due to the batteries being fully charged.) and a number of nighttime slots based on whether predictions (manually adjusted).
This has worked well. About a week ago I noticed Lux had added the option to try an upgraded page which offered greater control over the way in which charging was controlled so gave it a try. It’s currently set to one overnight slot and same two afternoon slots as mentioned above.
But no matter how I adjust the setting it always take the two cheapest slots across a full 24 hour and furthermore there seems no way to revert back to the previous, simpler page.
Anyone seeing a similar issue or is it me being dumb!
