Can't explain it then, working perfectly for my system...... I wonder if on the backend your system was actually originally registered on the china server?

Mine's been working continuously all day :-

using:  https://eu.luxpowertek.com/WManage/web/monitor/inverter which remains in url box unaltered.
No idea why other people's attempts to use same url result in something different appearing.  Possibly a caching problem ?  If you have more than one browser available,  try pasting link into an alternative one.

Which is a possibility if your installation was originally registered on the China/Asia server, from what I understand.

I know the China/Asia server has still being having maintenance carried out on it, which could explain yours and others unfortunate hit/miss service....

My web browser briefly came online but once again with data that was 15 minutes out-of-date. Still no means to make setting adjustments (for many weeks now) and now a message as below when I attempt this.

I have emailed my supplier Home Energy Group, part of Infinity and all they say is that my system is working normally and data gaps will often happen. No acknowledgement of any issues whatsoever. This whole fiasco is appalling. All the parties involved show absolutely no co-ordination between themselves or concern about this.

The statement below is also an absolute joke as we probably are now on the primary server - IT DOESN'T WORK.....

(it's 16.53, my most recent data and showing as currently flowing is 16.24)

@Wattstored I'm getting exactly the same problems as you although times offline are different. Did manage after dozens of attempts to get the battery fill times altered to the cheaper Agile slots yesterday evening. Day before I couldn't change the times at all.

  • Even using the 'EU' server is hopeless as it just bounces the login to the 'Server' site which is continuously showing my system as being offline and/or times out when trying to do a remote setting.

This is costing me money LuxPower/Infinity - please will you fix it.

As I understand it you are tied to the server you were allocated when your system was installed, so if it was before the Europe server existed then trying to go to the EU server will just bounce you to the (knackered) Asia server.

You may wish to join the Lux Power Tek Owners Group UK on Facebook, there's many posts about these issues and some of the group members are installers and/or work for Lux Power Tek directly.

    https://m.facebook.com/groups/438696100079367/

One of the latest posts suggest all three regional severs are up - Asia / South Africa / EU(UK), at least that way you'll be actively heard by people able to help / observer the situation and feed it back to the people responsible. Some of the group members are pretty helpful and sometimes offer direct support / troubleshooting.

I appreciate if you're affected it could be really pants trying to do any configuration changes unless you connect to you inverter using the local connection option via the app.
  • Those affected: have you checked if you have a stalled session? Either terminate all powers, battery, pv and mains or (and I have never tried this, take out the dongle and put it back in. I seem to recall there is also a reset button but unsure if that reboots or goes to factory settings.

Either way a stalled session would show on the dongle as normal but the servers can’t connect you because they have not received the message that you have disconnected
