Scott in Fife, 2.9kwp pv SSW facing, 2.7kw Fronius inverter installed Jan 2012 - 14.3kwh Seplos Mason battery storage with Lux ac controller - Renault Zoe 40kwh, Corsa-e 50kwh, Zappi EV charger and Octopus Go0 -
I've not had any problems, the app and website are working fine..... for me?
Checked a couple of times this morning then again just now (12:05) no problem - EU website.
Service via the app has also been trouble free and I regularly use the app many times a day.0 -
EU address, it was up 5 minutes ago .....

Here's the one I always use: -
https://eu.luxpowertek.com/WManage/web/monitor/inverter
Yours has 'server' at the front not 'eu'?
To me, it doesn't look like you are using the EU website?1 -
I've just logged into both of these & the gaps in my data are exactly the same (ie 'offline' periods).
https://server.luxpowertek.com/WManage/web/monitor/inverter
https://server.luxpowertek.com/WManage/web/maintain/remoteSet
Can others confirm if it was the same for them by checking via the graph at bottom of the main screen between 9.36-11.36 where it was offline for 2 hours. I believe the web portal is supposed to update every 5 minutes but by moving the cursor along the graph the gaps in data are very erratic with very few at 5 mins, many at 10 or more.
The issue for me is that although the data looks 'live', it frequently seems to be just a historic display from the last time it was updated (sometimes a large gap) and the the 'Maintenance' tab then shows 'timeout' if I need to change or update something.
....by the way, offline again now as I typed this.1 -
Checked 13:52 - 'eu' website working, maintenance section working and no apparent data missing from graph area in that timeframe: -

Even when I use the EU address copied from the post above my site is still offline and the graph only shows data 9.36 & 11.36 with nothing in between (many other instances but this is just an example)
This is the address that appears on the main screen after logging in with the EU link: https://server.luxpowertek.com/WManage/web/monitor/inverter0 -
What happens if you use this address: -
https://eu.luxpowertek.com/WManage/web/monitor/inverter
Notice the 'eu' in the address instead of 'server'?
Once logged in the address bar doesn't change to 'server', it still shows 'eu'.0 -
