Cheers
It surely must be their aim to update the tracker daily otherwise it's not that helpful, particularly if your transactions happen later in the month. Oh well, let's hope the system gets better in the near future!0 -

What you pointed out and several other things would need to be looked into.
Mt tracker is hit and miss, One day works, the next doesn't. One day shows all accounts, next some of them, next displays a message: "You don't have accounts to be tracked". I asked Support and were puzzled by such crazy behaviour, so they opened an incident for this to be investigated.
Yes, let's hope, but with Halifax IT you never know, it can take months the improvement.
They just go trial and error tweaking this tool with our feedback, as it seems.0 -

My usual credits don't go into my account until the 26th of the month so under normal circumstances my account will not show as being on track for the reward until almost the end of the month, however, funds from a matured savings account went into my account on the 23rd but the tracker (website and app) are showing last updated on 22nd. I had assumed the tracker would be updated daily but clearly not, hopefully this will improve over time.1 -

But as long as your in-payments and spend show on your transaction list by the 30th (or 31st depending on the month), you are safe.
Yeah I'm not in fear of not being eligible for the reward but, as there's a tracker in operation, it would be handy if it functioned fully by updating daily which may happen in the coming days/weeks/months. Once I start receiving the reward monthly with no issues, the chances are I won't bother with the tracker much particularly as it will normally not be that useful to me personally as it will show as not on track until close to the end of the month.0 -
It'd also be better if the headline Balance Available tracked the Transactions list's most recent balance. Being up-to-date is not LBG's forte.

I wouldnt wait till the end of month as it seems like you could be sailing close to the wind .
One option, is too use your overdraft momentarily as in minutes or even seconds to fund or credit between accounts online .
You dont need your own £1500 if you use the banks 1500/money instead although only over seconds or minutes then return it.
No one has had a tracker for over ten years with these accounts to monitor the credits of £1000 or £750 and now they do at £1500 ?... its not crucial for credits but is better than before .
The tracker is more reassuring to see the 500 spend is complete (however one manages this) so seems a very good feature .

If you already have a mid-month money merry-go-round in place to satisfy various account terms and conditions, just bump up the total paid into the reward account(s) from £750 to £1,500.@Fingerbobs: my key pension - meant to arrive on the 1st of the month is often paid in the previous month - so same problem you describe in reverse. The mid-month money merry-go-round addresses both our problems.
