Did anyone receive a letter, email or other about the expiration of the offer and what the options will be when that moment arrives?
Most are nearing the 12 months period now.
Not yet. Reading this thread has reminded me the year is nearly up
My offer year ends on 31 May.

I suspect this will be the same for most people, as the new terms and offers for existing account holders came into effect on 1st June 2020.

Although the Halifax Website is not specific, I am expecting this to work in the same way as Club Lloyds.

You choose an offer for a year.  At the end of the year, you can choose a different offer.  If you don't chose a different offer, your existing offer continues.

With Lloyds, you get an email a month before your offer year ends.  I recently received this from Lloyds:-

We hope you've enjoyed your complimentary digital movie rentals from Club Lloyds, and it's now time to choose your benefit for the year ahead.

If you fancy a change, simply choose a different benefit from the list below before 07/05/2021. On the other hand, if you'd like to keep the same benefit, there's nothing you need to do - we'll renew it automatically.

Take your pick from one of the following

New: 12 digital movie rentals. Enjoy a movie rental each month from Rakuten TV. Choose from over 4,000 movies from the biggest blockbusters to award-winning classics.

Annual digital Gourmet Society Plus membership. Enjoy 25% off your total bill, including drinks, at over 6,000 restaurants as well as discounts on theatre tickets, hotels and UK attractions.

Six Vue or ODEON cinema tickets. Valid for 2D and 3D screenings and Premier seating, at over 80 Vue or 100 ODEON cinemas nationwide. Each ticket is valid for 12 months.

Annual Magazine subscription. Choose one title from a wide range of popular printed and digital magazines.<>

Interesting that Lloyds only offer half as much as Halifax (unless these will be the new rates for the next year).

I almost went for the 12 cinema tickets last year but I am very glad I did not as the cinemas have been closed for most of the year!

    The products are different though.

The Club Lloyds account also offers 0.6% interest on the current account balance, and two easy access regular saver accounts.

Maybe the Vue tickets offered by Halifax are cheaper than the Odeon tickets available from Lloyds?

If your rewards run out on 31 May if you go to 'track my rewards' on the app it lets you renew (or use a different option) for a further 12 months.
I couldn't find this on the app, but was easy to find via online banking. Very straightforward. The same choices of rewards (cash, movie tickets, etc) and how to earn them (£5k balance or £500 debit card spend).

Always wondered whether you can have a Club Lloyds Regular Saver and also a standard Regular Saver running at the same time.
    Anyone know?
