Halifax Reward Account changing to £3 charge with “lifestyle rewards”

How very weird. That's definitely the right version. Have you tried deleting the app and downloading it again?
If all else fails, you could try online, as you need the Track feature to renew your rewards. If online doesn't show it for you either, I am at my wits end.1 -

For the first time in months and months i've just logged into Halifax online (again in my phone) and again can't see anything obvious in 'Account services' or 'Account Information and Benefits'.

I've already got a Halifax Reward Account and thought I could open another to switch into, to take advantage of the £100 incentive.
I have applied through the app and the account has been opened but at no point did I get the option to switch my other account.
When I now go to the switch page, my only option is to switch into an existing account which does not qualify for the incentive!
Can anyone help please?0 -

I think you may be looking in the wrong place. You need "Our products and services", either on the left or the right of your account list. Then click on "My current account options" and the Track should showveryintrigued said:

OH has tried the same on their Halifax phone app and the same.
The option has disappeared and it was there last month.
Appreciate the online guidance. With this guidance I can indeed see the option but get an error.
There would seem to be a Technical issue here for more than just me (OH hasn't tried online option).
