I'm really, really struggling to find the Track My Rewards feature.

What are you using - online banking or the app, or both?
    App currently.

I haven't checked the progress of this for months. But i do remember using it back in the first couple of months in July and August of last year.
Are you on the latest version of the app?

Are you actually using the Halifax app, not the BoS app? The BoS app happily shows your Halifax Reward accounts but it does not have the Track feature.

In the Halifax app, on the Home screen, just tap the three dots (More), and you get a whole lot of options, Track being one of them
    Halifax app version 69.01.

Thanks have tried that (and many other permutations) and can't get the Track option
I'm assuming you're using Android rather than Apple as they appear to be different.
It used to be under the three dots in Android however it's no longer there.
I'm also assuming the screenshots given by ErinGoBrath example are on Apple as there is no ability to screenshot the Halifax app on Android.

    For Android users;
On the home screen in the app, scroll to the bottom and look for "My Extras" and tap that.
On the next screen look top right for "Rewards Extra" and tap that, or more specifically tap "my progress" underneath the heading.
    Here it displays your progress.

    Perfect.

    Thanks for that.

    Works a treat.

I've also picked my reward for the next 12 months.

Appreciate those who've tried to help.

Just to add to the weirdness - on my app my 2 Reward Current Accounts definitely *don't* have the 'Track your reward' link, but my recently opened Ultimate Reward account *does*, and clicking that reveals the tracking details for all 3 accounts, including the link to renew on the oldest one.

I had wondered if Halifax would reduce or remove the cash payment, so good to get that renewed!

The tracker has always shown all Reward accounts; although it does sound odd that you can only request the tracker from one account.

Very, very decent of them, I agree.

Mrs Notepad and myself have both opened a new Reward account each to get the £100 switching bonus (which has now appeared in our accounts) but Mrs Notepad is having some issues with getting the tracker to recognise the money that she has paid in.
I had thought that money coming into it from its sister bank Bank of Scotland would count towards the £1500 monthly contribution to make the account fee-free, but it seems I may be wrong as a sum that was put in yesterday (and transferred out a minute or so later) has not appeared on the tracker when she looks today.
I've just looked again and still can't see anything which says the money has to come from outside the banking group, so is this just a problem for Mrs Notepad or is this expected?

It can take several days to update deposits, it should say when you look into "track rewards" when it was last updated.

Ah, my tracker had updated overnight so I had thought her's should have as well. Hopefully it'll update soon then.

"sum that was put in yesterday (and transferred out a minute or so later)"?

Money in and out so quickly might trigger alarm bells their end #moneylaundering #systemgaming resulting in enquiry and account closure. There could also be chance of said payment not triggering the reward, especially if online system is under maintenance like the other weekend when all payments in and out were forward-dated to the following Tuesday (6th April)! I suggest leaving the money in at least overnight, and longer in event forward-dating occurs again to make sure dates in and out recorded are different. NB. I avoid moving exactly 1500 in and out for similar reasons, add random couple of pounds and pennies

I guess that I'm pretty typical.  £X in, wait a few seconds, £X out.  It has worked for years - and no sign of money laundering issues, nor of the same-day meaning that the transactions were discounted.
Just got our 2*£100 from Halifax.  Not a bad rate for about 20 minutes work - plus all those £5 to come. ... :)

    Money Laundering my a   ss

Sometimes I used the halifax overdraft to fund the account as all of the accounts were always on zero balance.

Over 10 or is it 11 years later taking 1000,s in fivers from multiple accounts your going to have a hard time convincing people of the money laundering paranoia story .

Keep trying though your not alone on doom an gloom sensationalism on here

That was due to the bank holiday weekend, not system maintenance
