Fraudulent ukpc need help urgently

So the latest update is travelodge paid me the amount of all three fines so I was stuck with the choice of paying them all off which is still a win or fighting them all by appealing the other two with popla but risk popla rejecting it as I do not trust them at all since the first rejection which will automatically increase the fine oops invoice amount to£100 each plus knowing ukpc they will use first rejection as justification and also the fact that travelodge paid me.
So I paid it all off however I am still reporting ukpc to everywhere I can so that they can feel the frustration I felt.
If anyone knows any other places that has not been mentioned to report them please let me know2 -
Thats something - your not out of pocket - but Travelodge really really need to sort out UKPC
Somerfield paid off a scumbag firm, and all that happened was their customers got sued by the thousands.
In case you had any doubts, if you stood up in court, showed that photo and stated thsat you then pressed enter, no judge is likely to disbelieve you. The coutrs DONT work how the PPC shill tried to make you think they do.1 -
Indeed, the only thing that matters is what a judge says, the outlaws can send all the hired guns they like but if a judge is familiar with PPC fake claims they are going to struggle. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

The BPA are paid by the parking scammers, so it would take a lot for them to actually do something to actually drive up standards of parking companies.
Please do complain to the DVLA and your MP with your proof of the scam, and leave negative feedback on the hotel website/Trapadvisor/Fakebook etcetera to warn other motorists.

Amazing that the hotel pays a scammer ?
This is a story the Daily Mail may well take up. For Travelodge it will cause a problem as everyone will want the same ....... They need to kick out UKPC or get the landowner to kick them out
Travelodge are going to suffer anyway due to the virus where the biggest problem will be how clean their rooms are .......2 -
There's been a few threads lately about hire car companies paying the scammers too. Maybe an increasing trend?
Travelodge's actions are similarly indefensible, they have denied the RK the opportunity to appeal which amounts to an assumption that there were infringements, a slap in the face for guests - no trust whatsoever. The potential cost of basic Travelodge accommodation just went up considerably.3 -
Add an update on TripAdvisor, telling people that Travelodge PAID you to pay off UKPC, and yet still refuse to remove them. Doing that will tell other people that bombarding Travelodge with complaints is an answer.gt1990 said:So the latest update is travelodge paid me the amount of all three fines so I was stuck with the choice of paying them all off which is still a win or fighting them all by appealing the other two with popla but risk popla rejecting it as I do not trust them at all since the first rejection which will automatically increase the fine oops invoice amount to£100 each plus knowing ukpc they will use first rejection as justification and also the fact that travelodge paid me.

And publicise it and also tell the papers that Travelodge paid you to pay off their own agents, rather than kick them out and support customers.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I got the wrong end of the stick with this at first - thought that Travelodge had paid 2 PCNs & somehow charged you for them!
They wanted a quiet life - well done you for giving them grief. Nonetheless, it's still ridiculous and insulting & guests will end up subsidising this practice via higher prices if it continues.2 -
Oh I have done that waiting for responsesFruitcake said:The BPA are paid by the parking scammers, so it would take a lot for them to actually do something to actually drive up standards of parking companies.
