Provide screenshots of the metadata for the pictures, proving whenthey were taken
As above. State you will happily see them in court, when you wil lbe making a counterclaim for
    - accessing your data without reasonable cause
    - harassment
for a sum not in excess of £1500. You will be summonsing a company officer via a witness summons.

Have you written your pieces on the websites I suggested yet?
I have done it on Facebook and tripadvisor and Google however cannot find travelodge on any other website to do so
Trivago, booking.com and hotels.com all have feedback pages on which you can comment on your stay.
Tried those but they only allow to review if I booked through them

Does anyone know how I could find the landlord contact details

    Its the cheshunt travelodge
    Park Plaza, Cheshunt,
    EN8 8DY, United Kingdom
    Try this company:

I googled 'Park Plaza Cheshunt' rather than just the Travelodge & they come up again and again.  I think they're the land management agents.

Really go for it.  They like to emphasise the super-duper 'free car park' when advertising property in the Plaza!
Thank you I will do wow amazing love how everyone is so supportive and helpful

    Why not telephone them,

I have many times spoken to the manager and his response is we have no connection with UKPC you have to deal with them directly it is your responsibility to enter ur registration correctly

I stated your staff helped me enter it and confirm it and guess what I have pictures to and their response was we rarely get this happening to customers and when they appeal they just have to pay the admin fee of £15 which they have given me for two out of the three
However if you their their reviews so many complain about the parking

And why on earth should I pay for admin fee these people are ridiculous

Perhaps, but I doubt if a judge would agree with the PPC that it so damaged them that they deserved £100 compensation.

He may in fact well think that they were extracting the urine, read this

In which case I idsd enter it correctly, I can prove it, and if you fail to control YOUR agent, and they pursue this to the court I will counter sue YOU as you are jointly and severally liable for your agents failings.

You didn’t enter it correctly, have a look at the photo again and tell the world what it actually says. I have no doubt you believe you entered your VRM, but your own evidence proves this was not the case.

The screen says “press button to confirm” it doesn’t actually tell you that you pressed the button to confirm.

Onthewall - who are you, a PPC?
Once the OP pressed that button - and theres no PLAUSIBLE REASON why they would not have done - the VRM disappears. You cannot verify that it has actually recorded it

No not in the slightest, but that photo doesn’nt prove it was pressed, the next screen is a confirmation message. I would expect the OP to prove evidence the machine was working around the time but that photo is not proof it was entered..
