Not sure where they show, nothing showing on my profile.
"Thanks counts will be reset on posts - in the new Forum, all the ‘Thanks’ you received in the old Forum will be displayed on your profile. This will become an archived number and a new ‘Thanks’ counter will begin, which will also be displayed in your profile."

Yes, this is exactly it. MSE, I do understand what a simply colossal job this is (like Exodus?!) and am sorry to hear that you're being abused by some; this really isn't acceptable. I think that some of the comments are around the fact that a much loved and well known resource and part of life has changed - we understand that it had to, you were consecrating your lives to keeping it on life support and that was unsustainable. But now some people are grieving the loss of something they feel is irreplaceable. That feeling will change as we all get used to new ways of doing things and as the glitches get fixed; something I couldn't imagine being without (daily/weekly email digests) I can now see were less convenient than being able to view bookmarked threads at will. The previous thanks counts are not only a way of seeing if someone is likely to be a troll or a hero, but also represent time and work in the old forum. Whatever way of showing this works for you would be fab. Thanks again for all your work. Humdinger2 -
MSE_Stephen said:MollyR said:Yes, I know. I just offered it as a workaround until such time as the post numbers are displayed, and can be made clickable when quoted. You can now click the time the post was made - displayed just above the post. This will put a link to the post into your browser's Address Bar that you can copy.Alternatively, you can right-click (long-press on mobile) the time and then select "Copy"
why does all the useful stuff seem to be so difficult to understand it's like all the admin have just taken over with no idea what the old forum was likeI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.6 -
Probably being daft but how do you set the forum so when you click on a post that might have 200 replies it shows the last reply at the beginning rather than having to scroll down and set it to being on the last page. Most items I click on with loads of replies start with a post several years old :-(
Thanks.

Yesterday afternoon, evening, and now starting again today, clicking on any forum section I get a nearly blank white page which says
Something has gone wrong.
We've run into a problem and are unable to handle this request right now.
Please check back in a little while.
This happens in two different browsers.
I can see the main forum index, and get back to recently looked at individual threads by looking in browser history, but this makes it impossible to explore to sections not looked at for a while.
Intermittently ok (like now), but it came back several times yesterday and was like it any time I looked between 9 and 1030 pm0
