DL has your date of birth on it , why hand them more of your personal data ?
Use the V5C as proof of I D under the GDPR , as mentioned above , or 2 recent redacted utility bills1 -
Well it does matter, so you cannot do that. Redact a utility bill but show your name and adressbarnstormerdog said:Its a different vehicle but I assume that doesnt matter?2 -
sorry, i have been in hospital all week. Am getting my defence ready today. Shall I add photos on here of the issues I can see with the signage and car park?0

You can if you think it may help ?1

Should I post y defence facts in section 17. up on here to get feedback? It was 3 years ago so difficult to remember exactly what occurred.0

So I have filled in the defence template and this is other facts for #17
Our house backs on to the car park, there is nowhere safe to load or unload at the front of the house as the street is only wide enough for 1 vehicle. To stop in the road to unload would cause mayhem as it is the only access road to the whole village so the carp park at the rear is the only safe place to unload. The car is also used for a Social Enterprise that has a garage store on the same land as the car park at its entrance, when anyone is loading to the store we try to avoid parking in front of the store as it blocks the entrance / exit to the car park. The entrance / exit is already unsafe for pedestrians as it is only 275cm wide, leaving room for only one vehicle in or out and no room for pedestrians if a vehicle is entering/exiting. Kingsand is a seaside village with many tourists using the car park, including many children and elderly.0 -
Save it for your witness statement , just state one simple sentence that conveys the meaning , state that the car park is the only safe place to load or unload, no stories at the defence stage , leave the stories until the WS stage3

........ and when you do add that one-liner to paragraph 17, make sure it is in the Third Person i.e. "the Defendant's house". It is fine to use First Person in WS i.e. "Our house".Redx said:Save it for your witness statement , just state one simple sentence that conveys the meaning , state that the car park is the only safe place to load or unload, no stories at the defence stage , leave the stories until the WS stage3 -
I have received a huge pile of papers from PPS from the SAR that includes details of other tickets not on the claim and includes my current vehicle. I am in and out of hospital twice a week at the moment so don't have much time to go through all this. Is there anything I should be looking at regarding the details specifically for this claim? Will this mean I can expect further claim forms from BW Legal regarding the other tickets ? I will go through the documents for the next stage but assume right now I should just get the defence off as is, I have until the 31st March. Thanks all.0

The courts are only hearing priority cases at the moment. IMO it is unlikely that this will be seen by a judge for months, if at all. I predict that Coronavirus kill off quite a few of these scammers. Why not write to the court asking for a postponement sine die because of ... whatever sounds bad..You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
