The court fees are well known
£25 to file (at the amounts they claim for)
    £25 for hearing
    if they use a solicitor, £50 .

Yes, of coruse they keep changing what its called. Everyone who has interaction with BW notices it is called legal costs, then debt, then contractual. They have a template. They dont change it

    Yes, I know that breakdown.
The hearing fee is £25 and can of course be claimed IF they win. This is separate to teh £25 filing fee.

Does it set out the legal grounds, or just prattle on about the CoP?

It's nothing new.  We don't need to be discussing the added £60 yet again!

Good.   Can you see how come we are so confident?

Did you read CEC16's thread with the Southampton judgment?

That's exactly what we suggest people do.  A Judge local to me was perfectly happy with that approach and said in a hearing by phone I took part in the other week, that ''it is only right'' that a consumer can use similar cases, even though they are not precedents, if they deal with similar issues.

Everything you send to the court you must copy also to the other party - no ambushing allowed.

No, because the top line says the bundle has to be filed by the CLAIMANT...they must agree the bundle with you and it's then their burden to supply it to the court.

By 'email' or 'mail'?   Can't see that word.
