Search Fault 13/03 - Finally solved after 6 weeks

One-Eye

1st FAULT 25/02 SOLVED 26/02 but created a new fault.
2nd FAULT 26/02 (REPORT IN POST #5) SOLVED 10/03.

3rd Fault 13/03 - solved 23/04

Search is failing to find several threads posted 24/02

Quite a few times today when searching the following error message appears

@One-Eye I am having problems getting any posts for yesterday and today to appear in searches. 25th and before, no problems. What do you think?

Since around 8:30pm Wednesday 26th (when MSE reported this previous fault solved),
Search is finding No Threads posted since then.
This is a much worse problem as it is growing all the time.

@MSE_Ben_H This problem is getting worse. Today's threads are not being included in search results. No new threads are being included ever since the previous problem was said to be solved at 8:30 PM on 26th Feb.

Fault still exists and is getting worse

Compers are split into two main groups - those who enter when comps are posted and those who enter when comps near the end date. End Date compers have been suffering since the new forum launched due to the inability to sort the forum by description/end date. This is something on the list of forum improvements needed.

Without this sorting feature, End Date compers have been forced to use the Search Facility to find comps ending on the relevant date. Now that Search is failing to find any comps posted since the evening of 26/02, End Date compers have no way to get to the relevant comps at all. 

For example - today (Monday 2nd), an end date comper may be trying to enter competitions that end on Wednesday 4th. With no sorting facility and Search failing, competitions such as E: 04/03 Win a Citizen Watch of your choice up to £500 (Rugby Try vote) are impossible for end daters to enter, and they are missing out.

On the main Competitions Time forum, over 25% of threads are now invisible to Search.

I used to be able to search for competitions closing soon by going to this search 
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/search?adv=1&search=&title=E%3A+03%2F03&author=&cat=72&tags=&discussion_d=1&within=6+months&date=today

Now it's bringing up 100 pages closing today which is definitely wrong. So I tried putting " " around the end date but there are definitely some comps not appearing now. 

Nothing is coming up in search for me that has been posted after 26th February. Really confused by it as I see there is one ending today posted today on the board but it's not coming out in the search. 

So miss the old forum. I'm gutted.
