I'm waiting for £100 (X3) so will be really peeed off if don't get it now or in future. Especially now I'm hardly using phone. Have already sold the phone and will go for lower tarrif at 6 months just to soften the blow a bit!
That didn't rhyme at all!!0 -
I phoned today and they said the cheques have arrived, and it would be 7/10 days for the cheque to get to me.0

it has now been 4 weeks for my £80 cashback claim. last spoke to them 3 weeks ago. i was told the cheque would arrive within 7 days. these people are liars and i fear a con is in progress.
i will never deal with osps again0 -
I received a text message from them- they don't have cheques and will get the cashback in 2 weeks time.0

surely something dodge is going on here. it is not normal to run out of cheques for so long.
imagine the interest they are making on the thousands of pounds they have not paid out.
lets say 1000 people waiting an extra month for £100 = £10000. it's not earth shattering but still as they say every little helps.0 -
What interest are you talking about? :rotfl: Let's face it: they just don't have money to pay cashback and make foolls of us with all these tales about cheques. Let's hope it is just a temporary problem with cash flow  .yaacov81 wrote:...imagine the interest they are making on the thousands of pounds they have not paid out....0 -
There are some people here who would be disappointed not to have anything to complain about.
Why must this temporary problem be interpreted as bad faith, insolvency or any of the other suggestions made?0 -

Why must this temporary problem (which is their bank's responsibilty) be interpreted as bad faith, insolvency or any of the other suggestions made?
Temporary problem my !!!!!!. If you are a large company, you can get replacement cheques next day. Alternatively they can pay by BACS or CHAPS.
It is sweet FA to do with the bank.
It is plain and simple, the reason they haven't paid out is they don't have the money. In polite terms it is called a cash flow problem.
Let's hope they don't fold, this is the problem with mobile phones on cashback.0 -
And lets face it they are still trading selling evenmore dodgy 'cashback deals' to more mugs. On one occasion when I called them about non-payment all they were interested in was selling me another contract. Talk about taking the p***. As for being dissapointed about having nothing to complain about this is a money saving site not a roll over and get shafted site! I personally don't think some of us will get zip. Just hope others are warned!!0
