i guess you may be right, but why did they not tell me this the first time i asked two weeks ago.
anyway when i get near to the end of my cheque book my bank automatically sends me another.
I think you will find they get through at least 10 books per day

Waiting for the six month when I can go to lower tarrif. Currently have 210 minutes rolled over!!
you may need to use them up; some networks don't roll over the minutes when the tariff changes

or persuade them to make a credit in lieu

Phoned them today, twice just to see what different "customer care advisors" said. First; cheques should be with them tomorrow and then up to 14 days to receive cheque. Second: Expecting to receive cheques a week tomorrow and then receive cheque a week later. Oh! how many times have I heard something similar over then past 5 weeks! Still the calls cost me nothing phoning on 01270 504400!

If you're using the phone you got from OneStopConShop and don't get the cashback it won't be free. Thanks for update btw!

No, I'm using another mobile where I have 3000 free minutes a month to UK "normal" landlines, I guess quite a lot of calls to the OSPS! Besides, I don't doubt that we will get the cashback, it's just a matter of when.

Yep! It's my first claim with the OSPS as well,
I never thought it would be such hell,
with 55 pounds cashback it should have been such delight,
but so far it just seem to be a lot of time on the phone!

That almost rhymes as well, it's missing something a bit like me and my £55!
