Evening - exactly BadBookkeeper - that 's how i feel too.BadBookkeeper said:It all feels so unreal at the moment.
Today was a weird day a bit like a snow day without the fun bit. I’ve noticed within my group of friends how different our opinions and situations are so there isn’t a ‘1 thing suits all’ solution. We just feel a bit in limbo!!
Exercise - I just can’t be bothered tonight.Keep well all x
We went to a nearby town yesterday and it was busy, as you'd expect for a Saturday afternoon.
Went to a friends for a meal last night, good chat and lovely food.
DD2 has had to alter birthday plans but she is having a nice time away with her boyfriend. I've met a friend today and we had a picnic and went for a long muddy walk.
Gratitudes: DD2 making the best of it; lovely catch ups with friends; a quiet evening in

Managed a no spend day yesterday, popped to Morrisons for some essentials, it was quite anxiety inducing especially overhearing other people's conversations so will try and avoid going back again until I really need to.
Did Yoga this morning which was really awesome. Main chores today are return some library books, go to the post office, and get my bike serviced.8 -
Hmm haven't been on here a lot as found it hard to be grateful or focussed this weekend. I took action Friday to clean class room and am now grateful for students showing resilience and mostly good spirits, I am grateful for teaching finishing on Friday - even if I still have to come in and I'm grateful I will probably have about 4 weeks mostly at home over Easter. Fingers crossed everybody will stay safe and the NHS will be able to cope.

Main chores today are return some library books, go to the post office, and get my bike serviced. This is how I feel, just had a conversation with a neighbour that I normally just say hello to. They have just driven back from southern Spain, 2000 and something miles she said, they are both pensioners, got back yesterday and her husband is now isolating himself. He wasn't doing that whilst on his holidays. I have very robust physical and mental health but will admit it is starting to get to me, so I understand how this must be affecting people who do suffer with mental health issues.f0xh0les - this weekend did seem to go mad. The media need to wind their neck in and be more responsible and stick to the facts not just go for the headlines.Plan for today is cleaning, foraging whilst dog walking and marking out my veg plots.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Apologies for not posting for a week (I think...). I'm in Belgium and news was updated faaaast. DDs (8 and 11) home from school for 5 weeks, all clubs, sports, church services, school activities (dd1 had a school sport's week away cancelled and is very sad), birthday parties, voluntary work (I'm a Sunday school teacher and coffee pourer at the church, and a teacher at the 'Dutch for foreigners' conversation evenings at the library) are cancelled. There is talk of closing the outdoors playgrounds now as well!DDs' teachers are supposed to send homework via email, but it's 3pm now, and I haven't seen anything yet. They are supposed to get started while I'm at work, and then I'll check as soon as I get home from work.I had done my extra shopping the previous weeks, so there would be no need to go into the shops. However, husband has now finished the long-life emergency supplies, and has let the short-life fresh stuff go to waste..... Any discussion on this subject either goes over his head, or meets angriness, so I'm having a bit of a hard time now.Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.5910

Just keep swimming turtles.Friday - disaster day, went to gym closed as under 21 rugby was onnearby but being played behind closed doors. They usually use leisure centre car park for parking. Anyhow put washing on when I got home and electric went off after a bit. Tried re setting it but kept going off, switched all the plugs off and back on one by one. Washing machine died. Got washing out and a flood of water all over my kitchen, hand washing duvet covers who needs a gym. Luckily dry and windy Saturday. Big spend new washing machine but seeing as my Bosh one had lasted 11 years with nothing going wrong, got the same make, bit more expensive than others however.Saturday. Lovely walk around NT garden, just lovely to see trees, flowers and sun. Seems as if constantly indoors all last week, with media putting frighteners on. Treat of hot chocolate . Also got emergency bottle of tonic water on the way home. Visited 84 yr old friend, him and his wife are so chilled about CV refreshing to see.Sunday wasted day waiting in for washing machine, came eventually few hrs later, the same time as gkids arrived. Total madness but its fitted, old one taken away and so quiet.Grateful forGkids really cheered me up yesterday.Work - yes really, nice to chatter away to peopleHaving a reserve fund to pay for washing machine, such a change would normally be worried how pay for it.LBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/2212

Good evening!!!
Hugs to you CrazyCatLady. Hang in there - and remember, we are all here to support each other through life's ups and downs... and this will be no different. Just focus on each day as it arrives... The madness that is afflicting some people - well - I am guessing they are in a worse state mentally than us to be panicking to that extent. I am just monitoring what I watch and switching off if I feel it is getting to me.
Today I am grateful for:
1) My colleagues at work for our mutual support
2) For being able to appreciate life - a sunny day, a breeze on my face... the birds singing...
3) Everyone in our little group of MSErs
Today = NSD number 5 (fanfare!!! I actually got in one!!!)

Today I am grateful for the warmth of the sunshine, for dd's skin having been 'good' this winter, for yummy chicken drums, for being able to do my job, for the kids starting to play out after school, for headspace, for 85% chocolate.

Exercise - walked a longer way home from school. Hoping for a mile ended up 0.85 but it all adds up. Wanted to take DS to the field for a kick about but felt too cold. Maybe tomorrow.
Reduce - Permanently glued to my phone. Nothing on TV, eager for news updates, waiting to see what clubs are on/off. Decluttered a box of stuff in DS room not much gone but things put in better places.
NSD - 7/15
Grateful for - a NSD, a long walk, giant pancakes
Take care turtles and go with the flow xx
