Up early. Lots of rst breaks but did nearly 4 hours in the yard. Cleaned a chair and put it outside the front window , with visitors chair sign attached. Wrote thank you notes for the pill lady and the bin men. Mum had asked if the polytunnel could go over/ around the strawberry bed so lots of heavy things to move out of the way. Part assembled the polytunnel but came inside for a shower at 11.55am as DS2 was expected between noon and 1 pm. He was late - phoned to say he would be setting off shortly and finally when he was 3 minutes away.I had left the gate open with a bag open on mum's walker for the shopping he had brought (crackers and plain yoghurt). I had sent DS2 and DS3 two videos showing how to treat groceries coming into your home so he had wiped each item with a disinfectant soaked cloth and then put each in a separate bag. He tipped them out of his bag into the one I had ready so (hopefully) no contamination. He put the double binbagged garden bags over the fence, cutting the tie on the first bag and letting the contents slide behind the shed without any further contact. He had brought some of my clothes (I only had one dress here, all the things I collected from radiators and dropped in a laundry basket had to be left behind) two dresses, best cord leggings and a grey jersey 'cardigan' that wraps completely round me and has a hood that can be pulled as far down as my nose if I want (very snuggly). One of my towels in case mum and I have to try to self-isolate within the bungalow. He left that outside near the gate but said I should wash it all as soon as possible (done now).Gathered rubbish from the house, yard and shed (broken toys) and put the bin out for collection (with a thank you message for the bin men). All food used in accordance with use by dates. Toast for breakfast as loaf needed finishing, 2 slices for me, 2 crusts with blue spots for the birds. Noticed the meal worms had gone so added more. When I was sitting assembling the polytunnel loads of starlings and other birds came to feast and take things back to their nests. Only one piece of ginger cake left, so may make that again tomorrow.Yes a very weird month and more to come. Thank you all for your participation, keep safe, remember all the things that help you keep your depression or anxiety under control and stick with the turtle gang as we venture into the unknown. My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage8
