NS&I for me. I once did 396 in one day (99 from each of my Natwest/RBS current accounts)
I wonder whether you've actually sat and worked out the earned hourly rate in some of these schemes
It's one thing using up a bit of spare time, but people come to place a value on having the time spare0 -

What can I say. It was January, pouring it down with rain and pretty cold outside so I didn't want to go out. I had 5 hours to spare so thought I may as well do something productive.

Both of mine went through Today
Retired 1st July 2021.
This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."1 -

Does anyone know how long it takes for First Direct to transform their regular saver into an easy access when it matures? Mine did on the 30th, I've had the interest applied but still can't access the money or open a new regular saver.0

If you need access to it while this is happening, call us.
I opened a first direct rs back in 2019. It was opened on 27 August 2019. Just checked the current account statement and I can see an internal.transfer of £ 3699.99 from my savings account to current account with date 26 AUg 2020.
But as another forumite has said they needed to call, it could mean that things have changed and now it takes longer for the transformation.
Edit: if it takes longer than 5 working days make it a point to complain and ask for compensation!

However I applied for a new RS on the Monday bank holiday and that didn't appear until late last night. It said it could take a few days.0 -
