Sorry, I was just about to add these accounts and realised there is no point as the interest rate is going to drop to below 1.55% with a variable rate. I will save my time and effort, and not add them! With an interest rate of 1.20% you may as well just open a Marcus account.

I know it is the wrong forum but I still thought I should remind everyone that Marcus are reducing their underlying interest from Thursday 7th May 2020 from 1.30% to 1.20%.

Thanks. That's true of course. But, it is worth noting that for both the above Monmouthshire BS products, you get an effective 1.00% fixed rate (i.e. the bonus), plus an additional 0.2% variable. So wouldn't one rationally prefer either of them to a straight 1.00% fix?   Whereas by contrast, for a Marcus at 1.20% variable, couldn't that variable get reduced below 1.00% at any time?  I'm chasing pennies as usual.

My May 1st SOs to Chorley BS and Furness have not yet been credited. They are sometimes a bit slow, like the day after, and I know it's weekend, but it's unusual.
