My interest is added (£64.88, 29p less than the amount suggested in their maturity letter!) but I couldn't spot the withdrawal button. As it's weekend I've left it. After all I may get 29p extra on Monday!typistretired said:Today 24th April 2020. The money is now in my bank account £64.75 interest.
Withdrawal/closure is from the Transfer button where your nominated account details are pre-filled.0 -

I completed the Monmouth maturity instruction form a couple of weeks back - the maturity proceeds were in my bank account yesterday afternoon as expected.0

Re Saffron RS issue 3
My RS was due for today, the 25th. Wasn’t expecting the payout until Monday but was pleasantly surprised to find they paid out today.EPC0 -
If it were me any pleasure would be muted as there's nothing like it to replace it. I'm lucky, mine matures in January.Every_Penny_Counts said:Re Saffron RS issue 3

Am looking for safe savings home for a large sum from selling a property. Best fixed interest options seem to include Investec and Vanquis but all around 1.5% for 12 months. So how can "Fixed Rate Savers" be offering interest of 2.8% for 12 months fixed term? Who are they and what's the catch - can anyone help, please?0

This thread is about Regular Savers - these are all accounts which only take small deposits (max £500) a month, so not suited to your requirements. You should start a separate thread for your question, and please name the 2.8% "Fixed Rate Savers" you found. They are likely to be scams but let's discuss this in your new thread.Harpagon said:Am looking for safe savings home for a large sum from selling a property. This thread is regarding Regular Saver Accounts rather than the Fixed saver accounts you are talking about so beat starting a new separate thread for those that dont follow this thread but in short the catch is it's either a scam or your money will be at risk as will be investment rather than savings!!Harpagon said:Am looking for safe savings home for a large sum from selling a property. If it is over £85,000 best putting it with NS&I all rates are as dismal now"Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0
