    Provided my maturity instructions to Cambridge Building Society earlier. Asked them to open a new Loyalty Regular Saver with £100, the rest to be sent to my linked account
    I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

    Ditto. Glad I hadn`t cancelled my RS standing orders. Don`t know what to expect next. Has someone challenged their decision. Having different issues of RS`s could make for an ambiguous interpretation.

    Their later terms and conditions are not ambiguous at all.

    1.5 You can only open and be named on one Regular Saver (including any previous or subsequent issues) at any one time

    As far as I can check, this term wasn't in Issue 1, I can't check Issue 2 as I don't have a copy of those but it was in Issue 3.

    I haven’t kept any of their T&Cs but I recall the terms always said you can only have one. Just their systems didn‘t enforce these terms, and it appears they now have manual processes trying to enforce the terms.
