Triodos - I would be surprised not to get a communication from them well before the '33 days notice' date. My anniversary is July 14th.

I have a reminder to give Triodos 33 days notice - does anyone know how we do this?
I've sent them a secure message to ask when the exact maturity date is as I'm not sure whether it's the anniversary of application date or when the funds hit the account.  So I imagine you request notice via their secure message service.
Another one who sent Tridos a secure message a couple of days ago to ask when and how - and to spell out I'd like to withdraw and not lose any interest.

I'll feedback here the reply and would appreciate anyone else doing so too please

Looking over your account I can see that your Fixed Regular Saver will mature on the xx/xx/2021. We will write to you nearer the time to advise you of this but upon maturity the balance will be moved into an Online Saver Account. There is no notice period on this account for withdrawals so you can withdraw your balance immediately if you wished.

Alternatively, if you wish to withdraw the funds from your Fixed Regular Saver now you can give the 33 days notice to avoid a penalty, or instruct us via secure message and we can process a payment on a chosen date but there may be an early access penalty.

Thanks for posting your response from Triodos as I'm still waiting for a response from them.

TRIODOS - The original T&Cs read 'Once you have received the fixed rate for one year, the account will automatically be changed to a 33 days' notice Triodos Regular Saver.'
If they've changed their mind, they didn't tell me!
And if you go to their website for the interest rates on personal savings accounts you can see the same T&Cs! It will be interesting to hear what they have to say in the promised letter.

They changed their mind back in Nov 2020. If you want to search for the email the subject was "We’ve updated our Terms and Conditions for personal savings accounts"
I made a comment at the time on this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/77750116#Comment_77750116 however it was still vague on what account they will move you to.
I've recently contacted them citing the Nov 2020 changes to find out what account it matures into now and what the access conditions (if any) applied.
    I was told
Your account will mature into an Online Saver. This is an instant access account currently paying 0.05%AER.

The regular saver would have had the same rate of interest but a 33 day notice period for withdrawals rather than being instant access.

TRIODOS:  Here are their t&c I saved on 13th Oct 20
Triodos Fixed Regular Saver Summary Box Account name Triodos Fixed Regular Saver What is the interest rate? • Interest rate is fixed at 1.25% gross*/1.26% AER** for one year. • Interest is calculated daily and paid six monthly on balances of £25 and over. Can Triodos Bank change the interest rate? No – the interest rate is fixed when the account is opened. Rates may change between the time the application is made and the time the account is opened. What would the estimated balance be after 12 months based on a £100 monthly deposit? £1,208.17 This estimate is based on £100 being deposited at account opening and every month thereafter for 12 months, no withdrawals being made and interest being added to the account six monthly. This projection is for illustrative purposes only and does not take into account your personal circumstances. How do I open and manage my account? • Account holders must be aged 16 or over. • To open an account the account holders must be UK residents. • The account can be opened online. • The account can be opened in sole or joint names. • Only one Fixed Regular Saver account can be held per person (joint or sole) at any time. • The minimum opening deposit is £25 and the maximum is £500. • The opening deposit must be made by transfer from a nominated account. • Once the opening deposit is made, funds can be paid in from any account. • A minimum of £25 and maximum of £500 must be deposited in one payment every month. • Deposits must be new to the Bank or from a Triodos Personal Current Account and must not come from an existing Triodos Bank savings account. • The account can be managed online or by post. Can I withdraw my money? • Yes, subject to the notice period which is 33 days. • No more than two withdrawals per calendar year can be made from the account. If more than two withdrawals are made the account will be changed to a variable rate savings account account as stated in the Terms and Conditions. • Withdrawals can be made online to a nominated account or by post. • Closure is allowed at any time. Additional information Once you have received the fixed rate for one year, the account will automatically be changed to a variable rate savings account. A minimum of 30 calendar days before this we will write to you to let you know. * The gross rate is the rate payable without any tax taken off. Credit interest on all our accounts is paid gross. You may need to pay tax to HM Revenue & Customs if the total interest you earn is greater than your Personal Savings Allowance. Visit www.gov.uk/hmrc/savingsallowance for more details. **AER shows what the interest rate would be if interest was paid and compounded once each year. TB/FRS.SB/SEP20 Please ensure you also read the Terms and Conditions for our personal savings accounts.

I opened my Fixed Regular saver on 7 June 20. (as per their welcoming letter)
I gave the 33 days notice to withdraw £6k (the capital invested) on on 4th May.
Their maturing instructions letter dated 8th May
said the Regular saving A/C will become an instant savings account on 7 June.
I do not mind getting the reduced interest on the remaining balance (interest
earned ) which I guess would be about £40. Thereafter I can keep or close the instant account.

Triodos - It seems that 13 payments are possible, for whatever additional interest that earns.
