Not going well for me,
Have downloaded app and got the code and signed in, read all the articles 'sort of' looked at savings accounts and can only find a 'regular e-saver at 1% what am I doing wrong.
This is hard work when I think back to the days of a few clicks for 5 and 6% regular savers.
Help!!!!I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -

- This product is only available to eligible users of the Virgin Money Home Buying Coach app. If you are not a user of this app we will transfer your account to our standard Regular E-Saver.

I do understand the app is all about attempting to help folks who wish to get on the housing ladder.

Virgin have loads of my data via their broadband offering, Clydesdale, Virgin Bank and Yorkshire Bank already.
Giving them my email address to potentially link and duff income data isn't going to affect much.
I don't see the issue with following the conditions and getting the 1.75%.
For those that do this account probably isn't for them.
Thanks to the OP for highlighting.2 -
I have only glanced at the app but concluded that it does have some quite useful information for first-time buyers. I wish something like this had been available when I bought my first house. Of course Virgin will try to market the life out of this app - - but you can decline receiving any marketing communication.2
