Issue 2 opened and funded in 2 minutes!
Now hold both!1 -
I don’t understand the logic of Principality launching issue 2 which is exactly the same as issue 1, but not complaining. T&Cs clearly state that you can have one per issue. I imagine perhaps issue 1 had some sort of internal expiry as it’s been about 6 months since the original launch (I think).0

Principality BS 6 Month RS Issue 2: the full application details including T&Cs are now available on the Principality website. As expected, it is permitted to hold both issues concurrently.

I am a bit late on this - what was our consensus on Gatehouse Easy Access 5% saver that 7% regular saver was converted into? Just leave it as 5% easy access is a market leading account?

Am I correct in thinking that a newly opened Principality 6 Month RS takes a little while to show for COP - I'm not getting a match? (details are copy/pasted from the paying in info. supplied)
(I'm an existing customer, but can't remember if there was a delay with previous accounts, or perhaps I didn't try to fund as quickly after opening in the past?)0 -
Yes, usually fixed in a couple of hours.SJMALBA said:Am I correct in thinking that a newly opened Principality 6 Month RS takes a little while to show for COP - I'm not getting a match? (details are copy/pasted from the paying in info. supplied)

(I'm an existing customer, but can't remember if there was a delay with previous accounts, or perhaps I didn't try to fund as quickly after opening in the past?)I think it takes a few hours - luckily, I previously opened their basic EA account last month (so that going forward in late '25 i'll definitely have an applicable account for any loyalty RS products). I can transfer into that EA and then make an internal transfer to the RS later today... i'll setup a new payee for this RS account when I do the monthly payments on the 1st of next month.btw - the RS account I made the overpayment too is still showing £3,250 - that £250 hasn't been returned yet.1 -
Yes - I had the same problem - Pay Principality Building Society - Business account then your reference - new account number (9digits) - No cop match - But I continued anyway. Also I kept getting a blank page in the process of opening the new PBS 6 month RS. Bit of a pain but worked eventually.0
